PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for continuously measuring the concentration of hydrogen peroxide contained in water when hydrogen peroxide is added to cooling water to prevent marine organisms from adhering in a plant using seawater for one-through cooling water. SOLUTION: In the measuring apparatus of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide having a sample introduction section, a measurement section, and a sample exhaust section, a measurement section is set to a state for preventing microbes from being reproduced from the sample introduction section.
