PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk type valve unit usable over a long period without causing a shortage of oil. SOLUTION: This disk type valve unit has a first disk 4 formed with liquid inflow ports 2a and 2b, a liquid outflow port 2c, first through-holes 4a and 4b communicating with the liquid inflow ports and a second through-hole 4c communicating with the liquid outflow port, a second disk 6 formed with a recessed part 6b communicable with the first and the second through-holes of the fist disk on one end surface and slidingly contacting the one end surface with one end surface of the first disk, a lever 9 for engaging with the second disk from the other end surface side and a casing 1 for housing the first disk, the second disk and the lever, and is constituted so that the second disk adjusts a superimposing degree of the recessed part of the second disk and the first through-holes of the first disk by relatively sliding to the first disk, and has a lubricating oil replenishing passage 10a for communicating an external part of the casing with an internal part of the casing.
