<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of a piezoelectric element by preventing the heat generated from a welding part from affecting the piezoelectric element, when fixing a fastening part by electrical resistance welding. <P>SOLUTION: A separate member is provided between a welding part and a piezoelectric element, the separate member protects the piezoelectric element from the heat generated from the welding part, thus preventing degradation of the piezoelectric element. Fitting of sputters (molten metal) generated at the welding part is also prevented, to prevent shorting of the piezoelectric element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
