PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film which has both antistatic performance and water resistance, excels in external appearance, and is suited in each types of applications. SOLUTION: The antistatic film is a polyester film having a coated layer obtained by applying a coating fluid on one surface of the polyester film, then drying and stretching the coated film, and the coating fluid contains a compound having a reactive group and a quaternary ammonium salt group in the molecule.
