PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoropolymer composition excellent in flexibility and excellent also in elongation and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The fluoropolymer resin composition comprises (A) 5-95wt.% fluoropolymer having a melt flow rate of at most 20g/10 min as measured at 230°C under a load of 5 kg (49.03 N) and (B) 95-5wt.% modified ethylene polymer which is obtained by subjecting an ethylene polymer and methyl (meth)acrylate to aqueous suspension grafting conditions in the presence of a radical generator and having a methyl (meth)acrylate unit content of 5-80wt.%.
