PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing bag with a spout passage dispensing with the refilling of a content into a bottle or the like where the required quantity of the content can be extracted from a spout passage if a pressure is applied by grasping to the content in the bag with the body section of the bag where the content of high viscosity is stored, the extraction of the content is suspended if a bag grasping power is loosened, and there is no fear that the content would leak from the spout passage unless the pressure is applied to the content in the bag after the content left in the spout passage is extracted.
