PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a graphic processing (image processing) while maximally holding the information on an original graphic object by suppressing an excessive increase in quantity of path segments even when a trapezoidal split is performed for the graphic object including a Bezier curve. SOLUTION: When the trapezoidal split is performed for the graphic object including the Bezier curve, an expanded trapezoid in which an oblique line 3 connecting an upper bottom 1 to a lower bottom 2 is a straight line or a Bezier curve is used. Namely, by using the expanded trapezoid, the trapezoidal split can be performed without the linear approximation of the Bezier curve, and the Bezier curve can be handled without being processed.
