PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic composite monitoring apparatus capable of easily measuring a traffic flow and exhaust gas amount by one unit of the device. SOLUTION: This traffic composite monitoring device 1 comprises a passed quantity measuring part 16 measuring the passed quantity of vehicles, a vehicle speed measuring part 17 measuring the speed of the vehicle, a vehicle type identification part 15 identifying the type of the vehicle, a storage part 13 storing the exhaust gas amount for each specified speed for each of the plurality of types of the vehicles, and an exhaust gas amount calculation part 19 extracting the exhaust gas amount for each vehicle from the storage part 13 based on the measured speeds and vehicle types and calculating the total exhaust gas amount based on the exhaust gas amount and the measured passed quantity of the vehicles.
