METHOD FOR DEBURRING, AND KNUCKLE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conducting deburring work without requiring complicated work of advancing/retracting a special tool to/from the outside of a through hole. SOLUTION: This knuckle 1 has a through hole 3 in an inner surface 4 of an engagement hole 2. To the through hole 3, a cutting tool comprising a cutting edge of a larger diameter than that of the through hole 3, and formed semispherical at a tip is advanced at such an angle not get in contact with other parts of the knuckle 1. As the tip of the cutting tool 9 is diagonally applied to an opening end part 7 of the through hole 3 while rotating to deburr the opening end part 7 on the engagement hole side of the through hole 3.
