PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable bias current generating circuit and bias voltage generating circuit against the fluctuation of an input power source Vcc and the fluctuation of a temperature T. SOLUTION: This bias current generating circuit is provided with a first transistor whose emitter is grounded to a common potential point, a second transistor whose polarity is the same as the first transistor, whose base is connected to the collector of the first transistor, and in which output currents flow into a collector, a first impedance connected between the collector and base of the first transistor, a second impedance connected between the base of the first transistor and the common potential point, a third impedance connected between the collector of the first transistor and an input power source, and a fourth resistance connected between the emitter of the second transistor and the common potential point.
