发明名称 MECHANICAL UNDERGROUND CONNECTION METHOD AND TWO-LIQUID COMPONENT FILLING SYSTEM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical underground connection method and a two-liquid component filling system improving workability and a cut off property in the neighborhood of a joint by injecting the two-liquid component filler in between skin plates located in a joint part of shield machines from the inside of the machine. SOLUTION: A filler injection pipe is installed in the inner peripheral side of the skin plate of the shield machine at the penetration side or receiving side. A two-liquid component filler composed of an A-liquid chiefly made of a cement based binder and a B-liquid chiefly made of water glass is fed while mixing these liquids through the filler injection pipes at a near position of the connection part into a void formed in the connection part of both shield machines.
