PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a quiet feeding operation by reducing collision noises occurring when a sheet material stacking portion abuts on a feeding roller and to prevent a feeding failure from occurring by stabilizing the feeding operation by eliminating disarrangement of a stacked position of a sheet material on the sheet material stacking portion by the collision. SOLUTION: When a feeding operation is started by abutting a sheet material stacking portion 7 energized by a pressure plate spring on a feeding roller 9, the portion 7 is inserted between a cam member 32 and a lever member 33 placed on the feeding roller 9 to disperse collision energy.
