PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously weighing device which weighs, for example, plastic waste debris exactly and continuously for the safe operation of a combustion apparatus and obtains a discharge speed in a short time. SOLUTION: The continuously weighing device has an annular conveyer, a debris inlet, and a debris outlet positioned different by 180°from the inlet. Blades which are installed radially at equal intervals and divide a space on the annular conveyer are provided on the annular conveyer. The annular conveyer is rotated horizontally around a shaft. An operation means for obtaining the discharge speed of the debris by calculating the mass of the debris packed from the debris inlet and the number of revolution of the blades is provided in the weighing device.
