PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster exhaustion mechanism which can respond to temperature limitation against hot air discharged from the roaster. SOLUTION: In the roaster in which air 7" is blown to stir a roasting target in a vessel 1, hot air 7 contributed to the stirring is joined with non-heated air 7' and then exhausted, when exhausted outside.
