<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus made of a resin which is easy to recycle. <P>SOLUTION: An iron-made tray 120, a resin chute 80, and an iron-made under-bar 130 extend between left and right frames 100 and 110 made of a resin containing no reinforcing agents. The right frame 110 substantially the same in structure as the left frame 100 has the shape of a box formed from a plate 110a and side faces 110b, 110c, 110d, and 110e, edges of which are bent in the same direction perpendicular to the direction of the plate. Thus, the plate 110a is prevented from bending greatly. In addition, when receiving load resulting from expansion of the tray 120 and under-bar 130 of different thermal expansion coefficients, the left and right frames 100 and 110 slightly bend to absorb the load.
