PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost method of removing an adherent matter to equipment to be disassembled excellent in mobility and small in scale. SOLUTION: In a method of treating washing wastewater generated when foreign matter adhering to an equipment to be disassembled is washed off by spraying washing water to the equipment to be disassembled at the time of disassembling of waste incineration equipment, the washing wastewater is collected in a raw water tank and led out of the raw water tank to be introduced into a membrane filter and a part of the introduced washing wastewater is filtered by the membrane filter to obtain treated water substantially containing no harmful matter.
