PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko ball anti-falling device attachable to a refilling tank without the need for a fine adjustment of re-setting and a setting position even if setting position of a lifting polishing machine is displaced to some extent against to the refilling tank in a Pachinko ball recycling apparatus. SOLUTION: A lower plate having an upper opening depression into which an ejection port of the lifting-up machine can be engaged with clearances in right and left directions; and portrait holes on both of right and left sides are fixed on an under side of an insertion port of the refilling tank, and an upper plate having a lower opening depression is engaged into the ejection port without any clearance to the ejection port in the lower opening depression on an upper side of the insertion port of the refilling tank, so that a gap appeared due to a difference between width of the upper opening depression of the lower plate and width of the ejection port is blocked by a lower part of the upper plate.
