PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air from being confined in a casing 8; and to prevent leaking-out of noise. SOLUTION: A radiator is arranged facing the back face panel 96 of the casing 8, and the air is sucked via the radiator from a suction port 102 formed in this back face panel 96. A Stirling's refrigerator is arranged facing the front panel 97 of the casing 8, and an exhaust port 103 for the air exhausted outside the refrigerator is formed in this front panel 97.
