PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures against a case with a simple structure when boot information and a program are not normally updated. SOLUTION: A boot information storage part storing usual boot information which is to be used usually, a preliminary boot information storage part storing preliminary boot information and a selection information storage part storing selection information showing whether the usual boot information or preliminary boot information is to be used are installed in a non-volatile memory 120. A processor 110 reads the usual boot information or the preliminary boot information based on the selection information, and starts a signal processor. Selection information is set to select preliminary boot information before update of the usual boot information, and selection information when the usual boot information is not normally updated is maintained to select preliminary boot information.
