SOLUTION: The filter detaching and attaching tool 60 for detaching and attaching the filter unit 41 comprises a holder 61 for holding the filter unit 41, a handle 62, a pushing out rod 63, and a spring 64 for releasing the holding state of the holder 61 with the filter unit 41, and a detaching and attaching shaft 65 with a length in the attaching direction A formed longer than the depth of a first rinsing tank 12. When and attaching the filter unit 41, the unit 41 is held by the holder 61, fitted to a mounting part 46a of a water taking-in port 46, then the pushing out rod 63 is operated to release the holding state of the holder 61 with the filter unit 41.
