PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide resin composition for an industrial material excellent in strengths, rigidity, heat resistance, and toughness and excellent in weld strength retention, dimensional properties, reworkability, and barrier properties. SOLUTION: The polyamide resin composition comprises (A) a polyamide resin and (B) apatite particles, wherein, (B-1) apatite particles having a specified mean particle diameter and a specified average aspect ratio account for 0.5-99.5% of the entire apatite particles B in the polyamide resin, and (B-2) apatite particles having a specified average thickness and a specified average aspect ratio account for 99.5-0.5% of them.
