<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically connect and communicate with a person who can offer required information according to the change of environment or a situation of a driver and a car or the demand of the driver. <P>SOLUTION: An inter-vehicle communication device of an automobile 10 acquires information from another moving body through a physical network during traveling or a stop, and registers the moving body fulfilling a specified condition in a member table MBTi as a member of virtual logical networks (A, B, C, D) according to the condition based on the acquired information. In this condition, the inter-vehicle communication device selects a virtual logical network from a plurality of the virtual logical networks A-D according to the change of environment or a situation of a driver or the vehicle or according to the demand of the driver, and connects with a specified moving body constituting the working network with the selected virtual logical network as a working network to demand or inform the required information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
