For a shower cubicle in the form of a prefabricated unit, comprising a shower tray and receiving grooves provided on the latter for side walls, there is provided a solution which enables the frame side walls to be connected to the shower tray in a substantially simpler and at the same time visually more attractive manner. This is achieved in that the receiving grooves for the side walls are formed integrally in the wall of the shower tray. <IMAGE>
