A construction information acquiring means 261B acquires construction information associated with a predetermined location in the map information on constructions. A pickup location information acquiring means 261D acquires pickup location information on an image pickup location. A direction information acquiring means 261E acquires direction information on a pickup direction. A pickup distance setting means 261F sets a pickup distance from the pickup location to the object. An object location information acquiring means 261G acquires object location information on the object location based on the pickup location information, the direction information and the pickup distance. An information processing means 261H selects the construction information on the construction corresponding to the object from the acquired construction information.
