PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication time required for transmission of photographed images and communication cost while assuring image quality suited to purpose/use of a camera device. SOLUTION: Image photographing starts making an sensor output detecting variance of a photographing object as a trigger (step S102), a counter of photographing counts up each time of photographing. Considering that elapsed time after detecting variance of the photographing object becomes longer, significance of the image becomes lower, size of the photographed image is converted by a magnification ratio corresponding to photographing times (steps S104, S106, and S107).
