PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a beautiful appearance from being damaged by an observed pattern caused by unevenness when securing easiness of air ventilation by forming the unevenness on the surface of an adhesive layer so that the air may not be held at sticking. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet has many convex bodies 2a attached to the surface of the adhesive layer 2 on a base material sheet 1 so that a vertical cross section shape from the tip part to the valley bottom part 2bv of a valley part 2b in a groove shape may form a smooth continuous curve, the shape of the valley bottom part may be sharper than that of the shoulder part 2as of the convex body, and the width w of the valley part and the height h of the convex body may satisfy the relation of w≤h. A releasing sheet 3 having a releasing surface having a convex and concave pattern reverse to the convex and concave pattern of the adhesive layer is preferably laminated on the surface of the adhesive layer.
