PURPOSE: A broadcasting AD(ADvertisement) system having a function to overlap real-time information is provided to offer the useful living information to a viewer in real-time by overlapping/displaying the wirelessly received real-time information on a broadcasting AD screen. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting/receiving antenna(10) transmits/receives system data, real-time caption data, various information related to ITS(Intelligent Transport System), and communication data. A VCD(Video Compact Disk) changer(30) provides the broadcasting AD data of a moving image. A mobile data terminal(20) mixes/outputs the data in order to overlap/display the real-time information received from the transmitting/receiving antenna on the broadcasting AD screen of the moving image inputted from the VCD changer. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(40) displays the broadcasting AD and the real-time information output from the mobile data terminal.
