FIELD: mechanical engineering; cleaners. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, product to be cleaned is delivered to zone of cleaning with initial impulse of rotation which is set by inlet union with threaded slot. Filtering element is essentially downwards widening cone. Thanks to it velocity of product is decreased at its movement from inlet to outlet 3-4 times and more, depending on velocity (Pressure) of delivery. Cleaned product is brought out in opposite direction relative to preset direction of delivery through tangentially branch pipe. Impurities of higher specific weight and density tend to occupy place along axis of rotation of product under cleaning, i.e. centrifugal forces are replaced by centripetal ones. At sharp reduction of velocity, impurities occupy middle part in lower widening part of cone and are removed either manually or automatically through discharge union with threaded slot. EFFECT: possibility of cleaning different liquids and gas-air mixtures without replacing filtering element. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
