FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: manner of spectral analysis includes metering of sample into electrothermal tubular atomizer, pyrolysis and atomization of sample and injection of formed vapors into analytical zone. Thermal disintegration of sample is carried out, atomizer is heated, sample is evaporated and formed vapors are directed into dosing hole by flow of protective gas. Fractional condensation is implemented on sonde mounted for movement of detected elements by formed vapors, detected elements are separated from vapors of matrix and sonde with atoms deposited on it is entered into analytical zone.
