PURPOSE: A structure for installing a connecting pipe of an air conditioner is provided to easily install a connecting pipe by installing a side cover and a pipe guide after connecting the connecting pipe to a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A connecting pipe(54) is connected with a heat exchanger of a cabinet(52) for guiding a refrigerant to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. A side cover(56) includes a pipe hole having an open part to be inserted into the connecting pipe connected with the heat exchanger. The side cover is coupled with the cabinet through the open part of the pipe hole. A first pipe guide(62) is placed outside the side cover and is fixed on a wall surface. A second pipe guide(64) is combined with the first pipe guide for surrounding the connecting pipe.
