PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device is provided to increase the aperture ratio of the light emitting layer, while preventing a color shift. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence device comprises a reflection layer(12) formed on the rear surface of a transparent substrate(11); a transparent electrode(13) for anode formed on the reflection layer; an organic light emitting layer(16) formed on the transparent electrode; and a transparent electrode(19) for cathode formed on the organic light emitting layer. The thickness of the transparent electrode for anode is adjusted by separating the reflecting layer from the transparent electrode for anode.
