A synchronous cam device and a pressing apparatus of an electrode tape pressing apparatus having the same are provided to shorten a total tact time, to reduce largely equipment cost of the electrode tape pressing apparatus, and to reduce a length of a total production line necessary for manufacturing a PDP or an LCD. An elevation moving cam(370) is fixed and installed on the same axis of an axis of a forward/backward moving cam(360). A cam rotation axle(354) is installed at an end of the same axis in order to be extended to the forward/backward moving cam or the elevation moving cam. A driving motor(390) is rotates the forward/backward moving cam and the elevation moving cam. A driving motor shaft(352) is extended in one direction of the driving motor. A motor rotation axle(394) is mounted on the driving motor shaft. A belt(396) is used for connecting the cam rotation axle and the motor rotation axle with each other. The forward/backward moving cam and the elevation moving cam are synchronously rotated by using the driving motor. A moving distance of the forward/backward moving cam is equal to a moving distance of the elevation moving cam.
