FIELD: agriculture, in particular, postharvest treatment of grain before laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating grain with propionic acid comprising additive of chitosan, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenic acid for forming of film on surface of each corn; using as source of chitosan, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenic acid preparation produced by sequential extracting of Pythium ultimum micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: simplified process owing to the use of raw additive for propionic acid instead of pure substances. 3 ex |
