METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PACKAGING PAPER USING CHARCOAL AND SILVER ANIONS

PURPOSE: Provided is a packaging paper using charcoal and silver anions which maintains the freshness of the packaged food for a long time, and involves deodorizing, antimicrobial and moisture removal effects. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the packaging paper comprises the steps of: mixing 10mol% of a packaging paper material with 2mol% of oak charcoal powder; adding 0.2mol% of create ion powder to the mixture; pulverizing 100g of silver bullion; adding 200ml of nitric acid to the silver powder to dissolve it, and controlling the pH thereof to be pH7.5 by adding a caustic soda thereto to make silver particles; dissolving 100g of the silver particles in 1000ml of water, and mixing 1mol.% of a water soluble acryl adhesive with the solution; and mixing the solution with the paper and charcoal mixture.
