PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing aging of a liquid crystal display module is provided to automatically carry out an aging test while satisfying various LCD module requirements. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing aging of a liquid crystal display module includes a test operating computer(110), aging test controllers(120-1,120-n), and aging testers(130-1,130-32). The test operating computer sets test conditions and allow an operator to monitor test operating states. The aging test controllers are connected to the test operating computer through the Ethernet(102) and interfaced to the aging testers through RS232c to transmit data. The aging testers apply test patterns to a plurality of LCD modules and monitor current and voltage consumed by the LCD modules to test the LCD modules under the control of the aging test controllers. |
