PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for mixing livestock wastewater and night soils with chemicals using air-jet in short time, thereby reducing installment area, size and cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a livestock wastewater supply pipe(10), a chemical feeding pipe(20), a mixer(30) with a pipe connected to the livestock wastewater supply pipe(10) and the chemical feeding pipe(20), and a rotating screw(31) received in the, wherein the mixer(30) is connected to a mixed wastewater discharging pipe(32), a compressed air supply pipe(41) and nozzles(42) for jetting compressed air to the mixer(30), and a microcomputer(50) for generating a control signal to simultaneously supply livestock wastewater and chemicals and jet the compressed air to the mixer(30).
