PURPOSE: A docking station for a portable complex computer is provided to use the complex computer regardless of a working state or a working place of a user, or a specified place by inputting data on a desk or a table and switching a screen mode of the complex computer after laying the portable complex computer on the docking station. CONSTITUTION: A cradle(410) accepts a webpad system, which is the portable complex computer. A stand(500) supports a weight of the cradle accepting the webpad system through a weight balancing plate. An arm(600) is respectively combined to a bottom of the cradle and an upper part of the stand, and supports the cradle accepting the webpad system. The cradle comprises a webpad acceptor, a webpad acceptor rear cover, a rotation guide part, and a webpad system separator.
