DISK AND HUB ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRONIC CLUTCH

PURPOSE: A disk and hub assembly for an electronic clutch is provided to reduce assembling process, to cut down expenses, to decrease noise in operating the clutch, and to prevent loss of magnetic flux by integrally manufacturing the hub assembly with double injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A disk and hub assembly comprises a hub(120) spline-combined with a driving shaft of a compressor; a stopper plate(130) integrally formed with the hub and composed of bumper cups(134) containing elastic members(140) arranged radially; and a disk(150) combined with the stopper plate by a rivet and attached and detached from a face of an electronic clutch according to power of the electronic clutch. The bumper cup and the elastic member of the stopper plate and the hub are manufactured integrally through double injection molding. The productivity is increased with reducing assembling process and weight, and breakage or displacement of rubber is prevented against over torque of the compressor.
