PURPOSE: A remote monitoring system for pest prevention and a method for monitoring the same in remote are provided to analyze the information of the pest by seizing the information of the pest by various categories. CONSTITUTION: A remote monitoring system for pest prevention includes at least one detection sensor, at least one remote controller and a control and reporting center(200). The detection sensor is installed at a plurality of regions by dividing the monitoring target and monitors the movement of the pest in each of the divided regions. The detection sensor generates a detection signal in response to the monitored result and transmits the generated detection signal. The remote controller is installed on the target object and receives the monitoring signal. The remote controller processes the received sensing signal and transmits the processed sensing signal. And, the control and reporting center(200) receives the information transmitted from the remote controller and analyzes and manages the received information for each of the divided regions.
