PURPOSE: A modem interface device in a CDMA base station is provided to interface a plurality of base station modems with one processor by connecting a processor controlling an overall operation of a channel card and the plurality of base station modems by a PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus interface. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of base station modems(300) are provided. A processor(110) controls a channel card entirely. An EPLD(Erasable Programmable Logic Device)(120) connects a modem and the processor(110). An external interface unit(130) interfaces with outside. SDRAM(140,150) are provided. A flash ROM(160) is provided. A buffer(170) connects the SDRAM(140,150), the flash ROM(160) and the processor(110). An oscillator(180) generates an oscillation frequency and provides an operation clock to the processor(110). A constant voltage unit(190) changes an input voltage(5V) to a constant voltage(3V) and supplies it to the processor(110). A PCI interface unit(200) is connected to a 60x port of the processor(110) and interfaces the base station modem(300) and the processor(110). |
