PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an electromagnetic shielding member having flexibility is provided to reduce the weight and a manufacturing cost by increasing the density of a molecular structure of a shielding film. CONSTITUTION: A shielding film(1) is formed by using a particular fiber including complex materials of aluminum and nickel having high magnetic permeability and an aluminum film having the thickness less than 0.1mm. A shielding member is formed by adhering a dielectric(2) having a high resistance between the shielding films(1). The first process is performed under the temperature of 10 to 30°C and the humidity of 5 to 15 percents by to increase the density of a molecular structure of the shielding film(1). The density of the molecular structure of the shielding film(1) is increased by performing a thermal process under the temperature of 200°C during two hours. An organic material is coated on a surface of the shielding film(1).
