发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF BIODEGRADABLE POROUS POLYMER SUPPORTER FOR TISSUE ENGINEERING WITH IMPROVED CELL TROPISM
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a biodegradable porous polymer supporter for tissue engineering is provided, to improve the cell tropism and the growth rate of tissue by modifying the surface of a supporter. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of treating the surface of a biodegradable porous polymer supporter by using a low temperature plasma and a hydrophilic monomer to modify the surface. Preferably the method comprises the steps of putting a biodegradable porous polymer supporter in a low temperature plasma chamber and maintaining the chamber in vacuum; injecting an unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon monomer in gas phase and discharging plasma in radio frequency to graft polymerize the monomer on the surface of the supporter; and injecting a surface activation gas, discharging plasma in radio frequency to activate the surface of the supporter, and stabilize it in air. Preferably the biodegradable polymer is selected from the group consisting of poly(glycolic acid), poly(L-lactic acid), ploy(D,L-lactic acid), poly(D-lactic acid), poly(lactic acid-glycolic acid) copolymer, poly(ε -caprolactone), poly(glycolic acid-caprolactone) copolymer, poly(amino acid), polyanhydride, polyorthoester, their copolymers and their mixtures.
