PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the steam for heating a material-to-be-heated to clean inside of a heating chamber, and to facilitate the cleaning work. SOLUTION: Cleaning in an evaporating dish clean mode or a heating chamber clean mode is carried out on the basis of a signal input by a control unit. In the heating chamber clean mode, dew is condensed in the inner surface of a heating chamber 11 by the steam, and dirty adhered to the inner surface of the heating chamber 11 is floated to be easily eliminated. In the evaporating dish clean mode, the washing liquid composed of the citric acid solution is filled in an evaporating dish 35, and heated to the predetermined temperature, and the evaporating dish is soaked in the washing liquid to easily eliminate calcium and magnesium or the like adhered to the evaporating dish 35.
