<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of being compatible with the case where a country having been not executed the summer time starts to adopt the summer time or the execution period of the summer time is changed without the need for settings and localizing jobs with respect to the summer time by a service man and being normally in operation even when a user transfers to another country or area. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor sets control information, (on / off of automatic utilization, start / end date and time of the summer time utilization period, and a time for shifting the utilization period forward / backward or the like) required for automatic switching of time information attendant on a lapse of a start / end time of the summer time utilization period applied to a country or an area to which the image processor is shipped, as parameters and provides the control information corresponding to the summer time utilization period generally applied to the country or area to a user as a default. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
