<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind mill to be used both in the vertical and horizontal position, easy to enlarge or miniaturize and capable of efficiently using wind power from any direction. <P>SOLUTION: This wind mill is constituted capable of effectively using the wind power in a simple structure by providing two pieces of flywheels 2 of radii (r) with a shaft 4 fixed on their centers, fixing three to four pieces of semicircular vanes between the flywheels 2, making one end of each of the vanes 3 contact with a position of about r/3 from the side of the shaft 4 of the flywheels 2 of the radii (r) and fixing it so as to roughly internally make contact with outlines of the flywheels 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
