<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed rice capable of solving a problem such that, since the rice is sold nowadays by using kg-units, it is necessary to re-measure by "go"-volume (0.18 l) units which is actually utilized for cooking the rice in households after the purchase, and also it is difficult to preserve the rice while maintaining the purchased state, saving a labor of re-measuring and keeping the freshness of the rice, and capable of closely sealing and preserving so as not to be deteriorated in the eat taste of the rice on cooking. <P>SOLUTION: This packed rice is obtained by closely sealing rice by "go"-volume units such as 1-"go", 2-"gos" which is the amount of actually cooking the rice in one meal, also containing nitrogen gas, or the like, into the packed rice or evacuating the inside of the packed rice and further constituting it with not only a single pack, but also linking several packs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
