PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stripping/crimping device effectively crimping a covered wire after stripping the cover. SOLUTION: The stripping/crimping device comprises a stripping device 4 stripping the cover 3 of the covered wire 2, a crimping device 6 crimping a terminal 5 to the covered wire2, a handle device 8 having a handle part 7 capable of rotating between a first position P1 facing the stripping device 4 and a second position P2 facing the crimping device 6, a first actuator 11 opening/closing the handle part 7, a second actuator 12 making the handle device 8 rotate, and a control device 10. After the terminal 5 is crimped by the crimping device 6, the control device 10 makes the handle device 8 rotate from the second position P2 to the first position P1 by driving the second actuator 12 and makes the handle part 7 open through the first actuator 1 while the crimping device 6 finishes the terminal 5 crimping operation and the handle device 8 finishes the rotational movement.
