PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congeniality diagnosing method for performing objective congeniality determination surely with a stable result. SOLUTION: This congeniality diagnosing method is characterized in that the concentration or the total amount of chromogranin A in saliva of a test subject is measured before and after the test subject is caused to contact with information on an objective person or on an objective workplace about which congeniality diagnosis is tried and that the test subject is diagnosed as being congenial with the objective person or the objective workplace when the concentration or the total amount increases.
