<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a sewage/wastewater treatment system being capable of treating wastewater at low operation cost while not being act as an obstacle to water flow and not being washed away and damaged. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a tank for storing sewage and wastewater, an influent pipeline for supplying sewage and wastewater to the tank, an effluent pipeline for discharging sewage and wastewater, and sponge filters being held in a sponge filter protection device(1), the sponge filter protection device(1) being comprised of a plurality of vertical ribs(7), a plurality of lateral ribs(6) crossing every vertical ribs(7), a plurality of openings between each ribs(6,7), and having a globe shape, and a perforated plate installed at a water discharging side of the tank.</p> |
