<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like body constituted of two laminated sheets of members and in which remaining air bubbles between respective members are effectively suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: Liquid 96 is applied to an adhesive surface Daa of a first member Da and a first member is disposed almost flat with the adhesive surface as an upper surface. A first state in which a second member Db is disposed facing the first member and arranged in a prescribed positional relationship in the upward, is shifted to a second state in which both members are piled up via the liquid. Here, gas is sent between both members in at least a part of periods containing a moment when the gas contacting the second member while changing from the first state to the second state. Thereby, since a fixed force by the gas is applied to the liquid, the contact of the second member and the liquid becomes like a line contact or a point contact when contacting and the contact space becomes sufficiently small. Consequently, entering of the air bubble into the liquid is suppressed, and the remaining air bubbles between the two sheets of members which constitute the plate-like body finally obtained can be suppressed effectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
